Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to or on delivery. Our driver will not leave the product if payment is not made.
There are no returns on wood pellets. We encourage you to try a few bags of pellets before committing to a full ton because pellets burn differently in every stove and environment.

Please check our wood pellet delivery chart to learn if we deliver to your town, and the minimum purchase quantities required for your area.
When you order, please let us know where you want your wood pellets delivered. Our trucks are heavy, commercial vehicles that can cause damage to your lawn, septic system, or driveway. Newly paved or recently seal-coated driveways are especially vulnerable. Hubbard’s Farm does not accept responsibility or cover costs for damages to your lawn, yard, septic system, or driveway.
If you want delivery into your garage, please ensure the garage is empty. Our driver will not handle or move boxes, bikes, laundry baskets, or other items. To safely maneuver, the pallet-jack requires a minimum 9-foot clearance all around. There is a $30 pallet jack fee added to the delivery fee for garage delivery.
Delivery schedule: In most cases, your pellets will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of your order date. Our driver will contact you a few days in advance of delivery.

We are happy to help you load your vehicle, at your own risk. We do our best, but on very rare occasions loading accidents can happen.

Wood pellets and Envi blocks must be stored in a dry, non-humid environment.
Because wood pellets can emit a small amount of carbon monoxide, it is recommended that you have a carbon monoxide detector in your home.
Due to the nature of the product, wood pellets inherently contain a small proportion of dust.
